INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS AND MEDITATION
We held our fifth wellness session on November 10, 2023, featuring Carolyn Anne Budgell, a Meditation, Yoga, and Breath Guide. For this session, we conducted it in person at the BC office, while the rest of the team joined us virtually.
We gained insights into integrating brief mindfulness exercises into our daily routines, whether at home or at work.
