As part of our commitment to corporate social responsibility, Peak has been a passionate supporter of numerous charitable organizations for many years, particularly in the areas of housing, health care and the arts. We’re especially proud to work with our partner The Home Depot to support at-risk youth across Canada through The Home Depot Canada Foundation.

Organizations We Stand Behind
Peak is extremely proud to support The Home Depot Canada Foundation and its mission to prevent and end youth homelessness in Canada. For Peak, our support is a way for us to give back to the customers and communities we serve. To date, Peak had contributed several million dollars towards the Foundation’s goal of investing $125 million by 2030 to expand stable housing for youth, provide quality wrap around community supports, and increase youth employment readiness.
Habitat for Humanity is an inclusive, non-profit, non-government organization that works with volunteers, donors and community partners to build safe, decent and affordable housing for families in need. PEAK has donated over $1 million to support the organization.
The Vancouver Recital Society is one of the premier concert presenters in North America, offering a milestone debut series for rising stars and an internationally renowned concert series for the world’s most celebrated performing artists. Started in 1980 by Founder and Artistic Director Leila Getz, the VRS is committed to the discovery and development of emerging musical talent throughout the trajectory of their careers, and developing programs that share live music performance and education as broadly as possible. Peak has been a proud supporter of the VRS since 2008 and has provided over $800,000 in support.
Surrey Memorial Hospital is the largest of three regional hospitals in Fraser Health’s integrated network of care, providing primary, secondary, and tertiary services, including 24/7 emergency. The Surrey Hospitals Foundation champions exceptional care for patients and families living south of the Fraser by raising funds for Surrey Memorial Hospital, the Jim Pattison Outpatient Care and Surgery Centre in Surrey and Czorny Alzheimer Centre. Peak has donated over a quarter of a million dollars in support of the Foundation.
Delta Hospital and Community Health Foundation is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to fund and promote outstanding healthcare at the Delta Hospital Campus of Care and in the community of Delta. Peak has been proud to support the Foundation with $100,000 for state-of-the-art equipment, capital projects, building improvements, and ongoing education for staff.
The St. Paul’s Foundation of Vancouver supports patients, residents, caregivers, and families at St. Paul’s Hospital, at Providence Health Care’s other hospitals and care sites across BC, and at Providence Living’s long-term care homes. Peak has donated $125,000 to support the Foundation.
VGH & UBC Hospital Foundation is Vancouver Coastal Health’s primary philanthropic partner, raising funds for specialized adult health services and research for all British Columbians. The Foundation partners with donors to drive innovation and sustainable health care at VGH, UBC Hospital, GF Strong Rehab Centre, Vancouver Coastal Health Research Institute and Vancouver Community Health Services. Peak is proud to support the VGH + UBC Hospital Foundation and has donated over $500,000.
John and Rose Gross are proud to stand behind UBC's Department of Music and Department of Medicine. Peak has donated over a million dollars in support.
John is also honoured to be an active member of the Campaign Circle, a distinguished group consisting of UBC donors, alumni, and friends who share a dedicated commitment to increasing philanthropic support and fostering alumni engagement for the benefit of UBC's mission.
